What payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer (Japanese bank account) and credit card. For international clients, we can discuss payment arrangements on a case-by-case basis.
Can I bring my own equipment?
Absolutely. We have a loading area accessible from the street. Our backline and PA are included in the rental, but you are welcome to bring additional gear.
Is the PA/lighting operator included?
Yes. A professional PA engineer and lighting operator are included in every rental. No hidden fees for crew.
Can you help with local promotion?
We can share your event on our social media and website schedule. For ticketing and broader promotion, we can recommend local services.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
The venue is located on B1F with stair access only. Unfortunately, there is no elevator. Please contact us to discuss accessibility needs.
